Now I generally like Ken Ham. You probably know him, he is a "young earth creationist" and believes the earth is between 6,000-10,000 years old. He is a biblical literalist – so I have a lot of reason to like him even more. But I think the article in WorldNet has placed the blame for the loss of young adults in the church in the wrong area.
First, let's go ahead and admit that the church is losing young adults and I do believe that the church's small group or Sunday School structure has some responsibility in this area. In the article, WorldNet states, "The study, highlighted in Ham's new book with researcher Britt Beemer…finds church youth already are "lost" in their hearts and minds in elementary, middle and high school
